    Go Large

You wouldn't be sorry if you brought the 100 OZ one and filled it with water etc., then basically froze it. I'm sure you can get what you want there, but having it on your back is where it's at. Also, I'm struggling to get a handle on how crowded it'll be, and how ready for them they are.

    Weather at Laguna Seca

Laguna isn't far from the coast and this time of year, and even this year especially, anything is possible. We had pretty heavy rain a few days ago, which normally doesn't happen here after April. A typical early summer day in the area would be morning low clouds with temperatures in the sixties, followed by sunshine and temperatures in the seventies to maybe low eighties. Any hotter than that would be a surprise. By the time you've climbed one of those hills it could feel a lot warmer so a Camelback is a great idea.

Knowing Carlos, he'd walk all the way to the Corkscrew and then have to walk back down to get a bottle of water. Walk back up, need more water, trudge down...................

    Well, you get the picture.

Carlos, the last 2 years during WSB, it has been pretty warm and if you are out in the sun on the hill, that water will come in handy.....I got a 100oz one for the trip. There are vendors up on the hill at the corkscrew but at WSB it was pretty crowded. I can only imagine it's gonna be way worse for MotoGP.

I would plan on trying to be as self sufficient as possible, the crowds are gonna make everything SLOW

It gets especially hot in the paddock with the sun soak to the tarmac......That tip about sunscreen, heed that.....the girls got toasted last year and bitched all evening abou it......

You coming up wednesday or thursday?

When in doubt, Gas It! It may not solve the problem, but it WILL end the suspense!
