Ok, now for the stories of these bikes.
Mine (Paul) was stolen in july of last year. After much hassle with the insurance, I got a brand spanking new one, absolutely identical. Shame though, as that got nicked on 17th October, 2002, the day before my 17th Birthday. I still miss that bike.
Waynes. Hehe. It too got stolen, but his dad saw it in the car park of a macdonalds, the one in longwell green, if anyone knows Bristol. He got it back. He still has no seat lock. He has recently had it fixed, as everything was starting to go wrong, turns out all he really needed was some new gaskets on the crankcase. He now has
1) mhr replica 70cc kit
2) leovince zx pipe
3) 17.5mm carb
4) taller gearing (I think)
Please dont go on about how crap it all is (espiscially you Dutch :P). He's happy and as soon as he gets his rollers sorted, He will have the fastest moped around here (yes, it is pretty poor, I know).
Jons, I think its still going. It was fast from day one, and he happens to work in a scooter shop, so it did go pretty quick. Havent seen him much lately.
Marcus swiftly proceeded to write off his aerox. Haven't seen him for ages.
BTW, Wayne is still one of my best friends, I see him almost every day, and he has promised to let me go and buy a bounty in Wick (the very shop in the photo). We went on some of the best cruises together.
Oh yes, and I am getting a Ford Fiesta tomorrow. I would so love to get another bike, but unfortunately I dont have the funds anymore as the moped pretty much killed off all my money
.
Ahh, those were the days.
