Weighing 185, what is a practical cruising speed for this model? Will the bike cruise comfortably without undue stress on the engine, at 65mph? What about with a larger windshield and two up?

You can leave it twisted wipe open on the highway and it is still operating in the safe and intended range for the motor. This motor was built to have the snot run out of it, so enjoy...65 is definitly easy on it and the windsheild won't hurt any either.
