    Choke problems

    Just seeking some advice.

The choke on my RS125 does not stay on. Now I have heard that most of the standard RS125's have chokes thats stay on but I am not too sure.

The cable cannot be altered any slacker as it is atthe max
However there is a little ball bearing with a small spring behind. To me, it is'not doing anything. I personally beleive there is a plate missing that the ball bearing slots into to stop the choke from slipping back.

I could be wrong but its just a theory of mine.

The choke lever by the side of the indicator is so stiff on mine, it twists the whole indictator/light unit when you try and switch the choke on, unless you hold the thing in place. So I dont know how yours springs back???

As i say, it could be that there is a part missing. Just not sure if there is or not

Didnt cheak that mate. Does make sense though. The choke cable is tight as f**k even though it is at max slack on the adjustable bit when it enters the carb.
