I need to get a hold of new cylinder bolts(the 4 bolts the cylinder ride on), cylinder head nuts(4 go on the end of the cylinder bolts holds your head on), As well as a new tp 75cc piston kit and the apropriate gasket kit.

is there a good way to remove rust and corrosion from your cooling system? how about flushing it with "lime away"

Just run the garden hose through the system. I have all the TP stuff you need but you will need to get the studs from your Aprilia dealer.
