    Exclamation My RS125 Tuono

Hey you alot. I require some help here if you's can help me out any way, Would be great.

    Right....

I have an Aprilia RS125 Tuono and its only two months old and still restricted. Now its booked in for de-restriction on Friday and he says he's only putting in the power valves, So will that make much of a difference?? Or do I need to get the Carb Jetted ad well??

I really don't want to half to fork out for buying a power pipe but if needed I'll go for it like. So which is the best power pipe forr it??I heard Arrow was good, but what is Micron like??

And also can anyhone link me to a site where I can find tunning parts and accessories for the rs125 tuono??

And is it possible to get my exhaust shifted up to under the seat??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks

Oh yeah will the powervalve make a difference. from approx 15 bhp to 28bhp or so. the tuono has exactly the same engine as the RS125, so the man to talk to about tinkering with your bike is craig. no need to get the carb rejetted unless you change your exhaust.
no, its not possible to get your exhaust under your seat, at least without spending stupidly large amounts of money (people on this forum throw hundreds, sometimes thousands of £££ worth of mods at their bikes, but noone i know has an underseat exhaust)
the best exhaust is a bit of a debate, the competetion is pretty much between JL and arrow. a few people here are sorted with JL, throw money at craig and hell get you one.

ps id like to add (although youve probably done this) to fully run it in before fitting the PV, it helps to keep your riding within the runnning-in limits in the handbook)
Today when people talk of "living through hell", it usually means that their appeal against unfair dismissal has been delayed, or the builders next door have been very noisy for several weeks. For the millions of soldiers in the trenches of the First World War, their experiences of Hell on Earth were beyond anything those of us born into Britain's most blessed generation can possibly imagine.

almost all bikers here dont bother with any detection devices (at least thats what im assuming it is, whenever i ask yahoo what it is it says its a film starring j-lo. mmmmmmmmmmm, j-lo) , theyre too big for your bikes, and i speak for myself here, but theyre a lot of money too. if its something else tell me and ill give a proper, non out of the blue answer.

The blue things that are highlighted within the front lights, its only done virtual but it will give you a rough idea of what I mean.

Anything is possible with the right money, angel eyes would be a pretty simple task if you know advanced lighting techniques:

I did some research into these and dicovered they can be made for around a fiver using twin colour LEDs and a clear plastic rod off a window blind. will post a link later.

Yeh, as i said if your into advanced lighting (not just your huse stuff) it can be easliy pulled off, i'd actually use around 4 LED's and make a difuser like ring.

When I saw one of those RSW125s up close the exhaust port is at the back of the engine I think, so the exhaust just goes straight into an expansion chamber under the seat and then the pipe under the tailpiece, they look very neat. You can see flames when you look down the pipe as it is straight through basically right into the engine.
