    Jolly moto results so far.......

    Basically, We have discoverd that the Jolly moto does not fit the 03 bikes onwards.

    The ports on the 03 bikes are thinner than those on the later models.

    I'm fortune as I have a mate who has 'spare' parts from older models and I can get a 'biger' manifold for my bike to allow the jolly moto to fit properly.

    Have alook at the pictures of the jolly moto hole and the 03 rs 125 port manifold bit.

    p.s - I sprayed the exhaust chamber black (thats why its black) and all the brown shit is the crap from where we used a exhaust gaskest baffle sealer that failed to work.

    Note that the manifolds are also a different design compared to the older models too.

    The older models have a 'ball' shape part on the manifold and are slightly larger because of this.

    The 03 onwards are differnt.

    they shrank it by 20% on the rs50!

    well atleast now we know they are restricted now!

    No it is not the port in the cylinder but the flange that bolts on to it

    If it was here i would mate, i hate dirty bikes i nearly cried when i took mine to Donington, Rained all the way to me mums, cleaned her up good (me bike)and proper for the Saturday
    No excuses please.

    Looks good the exhaust though, thinking of gettin some Tyga's for me 250 they have a deal on 251 quid but i hate the aluminium end cans, carbon ones look nice, but the aluminium ones are free

    The internal diameter is the same, its jut it doesnt have the ball like structure like the olg bikes does, it just has the tubing structure.
