Maybe you confused me with someone. I am rebuilding engines for 10 years. Did few SXV/RXV rebuilts already - so I know what I am doing. I am the person, where people send their engines in Poland.

Of course I don't live from enginr rebuilds like for example Allen does, but fortunatelly he and many more people succesfully share their knowledge.

So one more time - I haven't found anywhere a XV engine rebuild video, thats why I started my project.

Levisik, that'll be great, I would love a vid like that as i am about to assemble my 450 soon, bought the thing in pieces and have only been digging for more info to reassemble. I am only waiting on one more replacement part to arrive.

What are the chances you could maybe sneak some info and or pictures about you single outlet edhaust? Or am i over thinking it, is it only a y-piece into slightly larger single outlet with muffler packing?

Hi. You are right. It is only Y piece into 41 mm. The most important is to make sure, that inlet diameter is larger than outlet. This will force exhaust gas to be silenced better by whool onside muffer.

Plan is to start videos soon. First one will be about general information about SXV , RXV, later dissassemble process.
