That's interesting, i'll load the race map on and see how that works out. Thanks Z

Just curious, have you noticed any issues with fueling around 4000rpm? I've got the oft stage 2 map loaded and whenever i hit 4000, it's like an ON/OFF switch, happens when i accelerate to it or decelerate down to it. It's real abrupt too, i'm trying to get used to it, but it seems like there's an issue around that range.

the tuono 1100 has a slight dip at 4200 rpm. (see dyno runs)
But my OFT stage 2 runs smooth through that range.
You can tweak the stage 2 map leaner if you want; I would get Shiv's input on where
to lean it some for better cruising mpg.

He's a hard guy to get a hold of but I'll try and get his input. Last thing I wanna be doing is tweaking any tune. I'll leave that up to the pros.
    Thanks for your feedback.

It certainly is interesting how this bikes deals with fuel. If I 'tip toe' to work in mostly stationary traffic for about 5 miles, and mostly in 1st, 2nd gear, I get around 21-25 miles per gallon. Sometime when commuting I just about get 70 miles on a full tank. However if I gunnit around some open roads I average about 40-42 per gallon. It likes to thrashed when it comes to fuel economy :-)

Love the bike, but never experienced such variations in fuel economy before.
