    Removed Servo motor, now what...

... did the rest of you guys do with the connector plug end still on the bike? Just leave it dangling in the elements? ...or a glob of silicone and tuck it with a zip tie?

Packed it with dielectric grease and used a zip tie to neatly stow it away.......

There's probably a blanking plug for that harness connector. It'd be nice if AF1 could find it and provide it for sale (hint hint...)

Get some self amalgamating electrical tape, then will be waterproof.

we just zip tie it up out of the way....never been an issue in 9+ years of the V4 being out...no sealing, no tape, no grease, nothing

I cut the thumb off of a rubber glove. Electrical taped the rubber glove thumb to the connector and then zip tied it up and out of the way. It should be water tight and good to go but who knows.

I'll answer for clutch since I recently did mine. it's really pretty easy once you remove the cables from muffler the job is half finished. Then you just remove the upper fairing and unbolt and unplug the servo. The hardest part for me was cutting the one zip tie that holds the cables behind the frame. It's hard to see so I wanted to make sure I was cutting the right thing so once I identified the right place to cut I just put the tip of my knife behind it and it popped off.

The instructions provided by Akra are pretty comprehensive and included pics, so the biggest pain was exactly as Brilloman said above. The instructions just said pull the cables out from the front, nothing about cutting a zip tie. I tried pulling from the front and back before concluding that theres a zip tie holding things in there. The placement, clearance and angle makes it a super PITA to reach and you really can't see it so you're cutting blind. The fatty T-Rex frame sliders and the fact that I routed the power cable to my radar detector in the same area further complicate matters... Hence I still haven't even pulled my cables out yet... LOL
