Yeah, I sent the whole ecu as it came off my 03 with I think has an Arrow chip. I used a PCIII so the chip didn't matter.
    Good luck!

Good job Kid, helping the fellow out!

OP just swap the entire CPU unit, don't fool with opening it up to access the chip, you can cause damage if you do it wrong.
    Jap bikes suck.

Well it's starting and running now. Didn't get it fully buttoned up till a lil after 11pm but took it for a quick ride and it seems good. I noticed the trim pots are in a lot different position than mine but wasn't sure if their activated on this chip. Didn't know it was the Arrow.

Had to mess with tb airbypass and turn loosen all stop plates and throttle cables to get a low idle.

Should I even be swapping my FP chip with the new ECU to determine if it's the chip/computer?

I'm not sure if either chip is better. I'm also 45m from FP in Saf Rafael if they're still opening. Is it worth going there?

I was going to syjcy throttle bodies. I read about the DIY lambda. Do all tuonos have O2 bungs in both headers stock?after I saw the chip and fpr, Schrader valve on the hi flow line i noticedy bike is less stock than I thought.

Besides figuring out what I need to do with my computer's I have two other questions.

After trying to cleany FPR when I prime it goes to 50psi and then gradually drops. (It was steady and held pressure before) when I rev it it's from 48-51psi. Just want to make sure this is ok.

Secondly, the backs of the TB have a vacuum that splits to the crankcase. I broke one of the vacuum fittijgs and clogged the ends for now. Is this required? It looks like it's for the slipper clutch. Didn't know if the crankcase needs both vacuum lines, one, or any.

I'll try and GoPro my way in to work tomorrow.

Thanks for everything kid thunder I owe you.

Thanks, I didn't realize I was getting the entire ECU. Swapped it and it's all good now. Felt like I was going a lil crazy for a while

Yeah! Alright!!! Glad it's working. Don't fuck with the chips. If it runs ok with that chip keep it in there. No use taking it out & screwing up that chip for another chip that might get screwed up! All for what? 2 HP! Of course if it runs crappy around town or is jumpy than be my guest. Get everything back together stock, especially ALL vacuum lines. Then give it some time on the road. That was a good chip. With the PCIII custom map I only picked 2 HP. It picked up 7.5hp from stock & 2.5hp on the PCIII dyno tune. It did run a little smoother but that was it.

Fuel pressure is perfect! Don't mess with it. I think 48lbs is stock. Some make a little more some a little less. Mine would not hold pressure.
Yes sync the throttle bodies. Back in the early 80swhen I worked on other peoples bike in that was the things that people noticed most. I could set the values, change plugs, etc. But if I had a bike & balanced the carbs only, they were happy. I did that for close friends only!!
