I did 130mph on my Super Adv the other day, just for shits & giggles. Filled my outright speed desire for a while...like has been said before, anyone can go WOT in a straight line.

I know a few people that died due to their own stupidity on the street.
Heres the thing though... if you have a truely fast bike thats capable of spinning the tire over 100mph... you
dont show it off on you tube videos.
Also stretched bikes are for dudes with stretched rectums. So gay. I mean lets not learn throttle control
lets elongate the bike... so cool

I just saw that som fella from the Texas crew just lost his life with 2 small children at home. Really sad. This kind of racing has no business on the streets/highways.

I wont lie, done 140 on both the Tuoldo and a FZ1, open spaces. Been at 180mph on a long stretch in Texas on a GSXR 1340. Learned my lesson when a pal died at the Salt Flats. I am generally 100 or below. Does no good to show yer ass on a highway or public road.

Sad fact is, these types prove what the bike is capable of, in the wrong places.

No wins, cant seem to get around them anvils, piano's fly at me from nowhere, tunnels that aren't actually open and falls from great heights seem to slow me down.

I'm thinking of that crazy Russian stunter gal, who went into a steel guardrail at speed recently. Chunks of her S1000RR were scattered everywhere. Terrible stuff, just terrible.

As the saying goes, "Don't call me a victim, call me a volunteer."

You can find the pics of her body after the crash, she was actually wearing ok riding clothes, but it wouldn't have mattered what she was wearing

Yep, I heard about that crash. Really sad. People forget that these machines will kill you. I can't count how many times I've dumped my bicycle as a kid doing stunts and wheelies....what makes you think a motorized bike is any different. God rest her soul. Its a shame to see people go over something so foolish.

I can't say I haven't hit stupid speeds on the Busa a couple of times, but as mentioned here, it's going around turns that keeps me coming back. Those guys are crazy, endangering people around them. They need to find a better place. The video is nonetheless entertaining.
