    Sorry to hear.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I always lock any of my bikes in a spot where it is difficult, if not, impossible to back a trailer or closed van up to. I lock the front or rear disk with a padlock. It is not theft proof but it IS a fairly good deterrent in that if they want to steal it, they'll have to carry it.

SPOT has a tracking device called the Trace for about $50 USD with the yearly plan running another $150 which gives you location updates as quick as every 5 minutes. The plan can be upgraded for an extra $50 which gives you updates every 2.5 minutes. I have the SPOT Gen3 Messenger and I like it

It was the first time I had parked the bike outside of my work or home. Had steering lock on along with disc lock. I always leave it in gear also. No evidence of any debris left behind, no tyre marks, nothing. It must have been lifted. The cark park was busy when I parked it. The most annoying part is its a state run carpark and then won't look at the CCTV footage until Monday, so it will be long gone.

Appreciate if you are a facebook user and in Nottingham if you could share the link. I want to make the bike as 'hot' as possible.

As a temporary or even permanent solution, this tracker might slot in somewhere on your bikes and it costs next to nothing.....

There are plenty of people in this country that just love stealing shit... any shit! But, thankfully, motorcycles aren’t on their radar.

I lived in the UK for quite a few years and the buggers in London had a very neat trick - they just push the bike over onto a mattress and winch it into the back of a transit van. All done and gone in seconds.
