Used to be a terrific place and Italian menu years ago. Now cheaper and closed tonight, so who knows?
So should feel better on Thursday morning, and ready for the scrum of dwadling and general mellee of visitors all going in the opposite direction to me.
Might dream of a Norton 650. What more would anybody wish for than a Norton 650?

See you there Dave I'll be coming down Thursday morning stopping at the truckers cafe on the a5 for breaks and ollies on way back for tea be at the show for 10am

Had a great time up at the show, being a keen Kawasaki fan I just had to see if my long legs could sit comfortably on the new H2 SX ...... fits like a glove....

Looks a comfy ride. I’m going Sunday and this looks to be one of the stars of the show for me. Looking forward to it, I also like the new 900 Z1 inspired cafe racer, did they have one of those up there?

Lots of choice of bikes, perhaps unsustainably so!
Most interesting for me was Brough. Well if we're in a going backwards race to make our bikes look like greatgrandads - cafe. shed, custom, bitsa - lets go all the way back.
Bought EDZ layers and varifocal glasses with lens covers 149 (thats 20 off their price).
Looked at the Enfield 650 Twin, very impressed.
Went to see the Norton 650, wasn't there. Strange chat "A government grant to make them in the UK for the UK market only, but also make them in India for the Asian market only. Hmm. However, limited edtion Commandos circa 21,000 now same as standard 16,000 during show week.Hmmm how come?
Harley looks to be at Custers last stand with the re-vamped models.
A change is coming, cheaper simpler bikes, less performance, made in Asia (Enfield, Harley, Norton, Triumph)
Breaking news, Aprilia said I was the fifth requesting an adventure bike! They we're fed up saying they didn't have one, but 2019 was going to be the year for them.

Very good BIKESAFE talk, I was at the filtering one. Very informative.

But lots and lots of fantastic bikes,

    Met Geoff.

Best news of all, - the impending road race next year VERY NEAR TO LLANDOVERY IN AUGUST 2018. Lets try the public road circuit on our next visit! http://roadracingnews.co.uk/the-uks-...sh-road-races/

Also met up with Nick Sanders and am very interested in his MACH motorcycle and music festival. Could this be a group meet up??????
