looks like they took a page from the styling cues of the touno, which model is that, S1000R?
I'd rather be on my bike thinking about god than be in church thinking about my bike 8)

A very fun bike, probably one of the comfiest sport nakeds I've been on. The peg and handlebar ergo's feel like a true standard to me, but with sport bike performance. Super manageable and smooth power delivery. And heated grips in 45 degrees didn't hurt!

Definitely not an evil character like the Tuono!

I kinda started to like again the smoothness of an inline four engine after owning a GSXR1000K7 for a few months. So, when I got a good deal for the BMW I went for it. It sure is a invredible bike, smooth but also powerful when you like it, great electronic package (though the e Gas feels a bit strange some times), excellent brakes and good suspension for road use. But it's not the comfiest of the power naked bikes. KTM SD1290 and Yamaha MT10 have a more spacious riding position for tall riders.

Typical BMW rider eh? Nahhh....These guys ride R1200GS

Just a heads up, for those who are interested...
Still very happy with the bike, powerful yet smooth engine! Did some small upgrades, decat system with PCV, black side panels and a new custom made seat (not shown here) to add a few cm of height to it.
Only problem is poor suspension, good for road use but if you want to push a little, it shows that the bike starts to feel plush. It doesn't help that Im 115kg or that the adjustments on forks and rear shock are limited...
I'm trying to avoid going in expensive routes (cartridges and rear shock) but it seems that I don't have any other options.

    Another update:
Still satisfied with the bike, suspension got a bit better by adding a few clicks in the hydraulics (front), I might have to invest in a decent (Ohlins) steering damper. A few problems with QS, been to the dealer a few times but still I'm not satisfied by the inconsistency of the system.
I think it's a totally different machine than the Tuono V4, smoother engine, a more "friendly" feeling but shows it's powerfull side when you twist hard the throttle.

I almost bought a 2017 S1R last summer, found one discounted to $15700, but even though it was discounted by 2 grand it was still a few grand out of my reach. I did take one out for a test ride and enjoyed it but a little too much wind blast so I would have had to add a screen. Great bike so enjoy your time in the saddle.
