Anyone working on a 750, 900 and 1200 side by side review?

Would love to see a side by side by side review of all three bikes.

Also, I am surprised just how little talk there is out there about the new 900's.
Especially considering how strong middle weights are right now.

My guess is that the 750 and 900 are going to perform identically, except for the colorful dash and the E4 emissions rating. The 1200 is faster, but runs out of fuel sooner. The rest of the side by side will just be pictures, press, and editors' opinions.

You're not wrong, this could be a big bike for Aprilia and there's bugger all. I've been scouring the net and only found some first rides and none of them are in english.

Yikes, its almost depressing how little interest there is for the new 900's.

I thought there would be allot more interest in the idea of a side by side comparison between the three models.

I am truly concerned with the future of Aprilia.
Especially with Ducati going to a V4 engine. I have a feeling they might take allot of thunder from Aprilia. As Aprilia will no longer be the sole source of full fledged performance oriented V4 power plant.

I mean the V4 models seem to be the ONLY thing holding them afloat atm.

I'd like to see that comparison! I've been thinking about the Dorsoduro for a while but haven't been in position to buy anything. I have a Shiver so I know the 750 engine. The 1200 had been at the top of my list just top make it that much more different form my Shiver but the 900 should have a few more horses and lb ft of Torque than the 750 so it might be just the ticket for me.

I'm all over the new 900 Shiver. Makes me glad I didn't plunk down $ for the last bike I was all over a month ago.

Its almost heart breaking to read that review. Its as I thought. The 900 was ONLY made to support Euro4 and nothing else. Thus, its just a 10 year old bike that weighs more has the same HP. And only gaining a slight bit of Tq which one would hope considering its got an extra 150cc's

Aprilia what are you doing sleeping at the wheel at a time like this?

If they were wanted to just make the same bike for 10 years they should have done it with the Dorsoduro 750 Factory...

Well... they did lighten the wheels and change up the suspension, so that's kind of what they ended up with.

I'm looking forward to seeing some dyno runs so we can finally see what the new bikes are actually putting out at the rear wheel.
