    2004 Aprilia Rally 50

    I have a 2004 Rally 50 that runs but with limited power. Mechanic feels the exhaust is clogged and should be replaced. We have new fuel, plugs, carb is cleaned. Has anybody had this problem. Also, the exhaust is not available. Any help would be appreciated.

    sounds fishy but it could happen.

    quite simply a better touring exhaust should do the trick then.

    2004 ? is that a piaggio branded engine or pre-piaggio? i need to know so i can recommend the carb tuning if needed.

    i like the leovince touring pipe alot. i think narraku cloned it.

    Thank you for your help. How would I know if it is piaggio or pre-piaggio? I know nothing about these bikes. It was bought in the US. They did not make very many of these models for sale in the US. I bought it off a guy for my daughter to use at college. Has run great up until recently. I have been trying to buy the exhaust with not luck. Aprilia does not make it anymore. If I can find the proper after market I will purchase it. I am having trouble finding the correct set up.

    mechanics are poorly suited to fix scooters. can you do a twostroke tune-up with some help?

    »try racingplanetusa.com it says you have a horizontal minarelli with a tiny carb. the polini exhaust looks perfect for 50cc. free shipping too.

    you might need a couple mainjets slightly larger than stock. should be the 5mm jets but i do not know what the stock size is.

    check the wear of the belt and the transmission main spring and weights
