Coming down from Canada for 3 days or more mid March.

    Thanks
Should be great weather wise. Although I raced Daytona in March 2010, and there was frost in the morning.

A bigg-ish group of us go to Jennings for 3 days, the lst or 2nd wknd in February from Ohio. It is Feb 10-12 next year.

I usually wait til the last minute to see the weather forecast, and don't pay til i'm about halfway of the 700 mile drive.

I may go down in January if the weather is cooperating, and /or a 2nd trip at the end of feb or beginning of march.
    Current rigs:

    '16 Tuono RR -street
    '13 RSV4 -race
'13 Harley Davidson Night Rod Special
    '13 Yamaha WR450F
    '12 GSXR 600 - race
    '07 GSXR 750 - race x 2
    '03 KDX 200
'17 Tao Tao Hellcat - pit bike

might be crowded but probably not. The "race" season begins in Jan/Feb in the SE so not terrible. Honestly I havent seen a weekend event full to capacity in a very long time!

Test n Tune this weekend at RRR hosted by James Bock with Podium Motorsports Pirelli. Weather looks good high 62. I know he sold out both days, but there's always a chance of an opening on Sunday due to someone having a mechanical Saturday ...never know.

The Daytona is great on the track, such a fun bike to ride. Enjoy it.

Well, now it's almost time for first track day 0f the season. Loudon, NH. No idea what bike I'm taking, yet. In the process of acquiring a Ducati Streetfighter S, so if it's ready to go in 2 weeks, I might just give it a try.

I just went through California Superbike School levels 2 and 3, and I have to say that I fully recommend their program and it's worth every penny. My coach this time was great to work with, so much so that I requested him for the second day. The third level is a day spent entirely on body positioning with two interesting techniques to put into your toolkit. This has changed my riding COMPLETELY.

From last year to this year, I improved lap times about 20 seconds. That said, I still have a long way to go.

I'm picking up a Kendon two bike trailer tomorrow and I'm trying Palmer Motorsports Park as my second track for two days on Memorial Day weekend. NYST is possible in June. Needless to say the drug is in full effect this season, so much so that I've added two extra gym days a week training specific riding muscle groups. If I get fast before the season is out I will likely seek to get race certified through Evolve GT in prep for next year.
