shit it gets complicated when not working on it yourself. if your a novice with little tools and time then get the q-tre or a touring exhaust.

its the hardest thing to change.

need - vise/ pipewrench for the clutch - and you need a vario locking tool and long ratchet or breaker bar to get the belt off. then its done.

    Check your pipe for restrictions.

There may be one where the silencer attaches to the pipe as well. Grind the weld off and the restrictor will come out. Don't let it fall into the exhaust.

Your stock clutch will be just fine. Get these.

    Use the white ones.

Your pipe gives the exact power delivery that my bike has. The sweet spot is 8500 RPM. Get 5 gram rollers. Any brand, but Malossi is preferred. They'll last longer and are about 10. Size 19x15.5. Watch some you tube videos on how to change the clutch springs. It's not that hard of a job but takes a little bit of muscle.

No special special tools are needed if you use an impact gun to take it apart.

It'll only take a few hours for all of it and there will be a major improvement.

Thanks I will definitely look into the clutch springs and rollers and I will check my pipe for a restrictor as soon as I get chance!

The only way you can really get your bike any faster while keeping the stock 50cc cylinder is by getting a better exhaust. Changing the Airfilter, variator and clutch does basically nothing when you have 50cc. This shows the comparison of a bunch of exhausts on a standard 50cc- http://www.pedparts.co.uk/c/asset/te...ndard-50cc.png The best choice would be the technigas triops or the Yasuni R. The Yasuni R will give a bit better top speed while the Technigas will give better acceleration. Also why are you against getting a 70cc? Getting a new exhaust costs around the same as a new 70 kit maybe even more for the Yasuni and you will get much more speed from the 70 kit even if it's a basic one. If you are limited for funds pedparts does an Airsal 70cc for 112 which will make a huge difference to power and it'll still be reliable. All you would need is the Kit for 112, a box of Dellorto Stage 6 6mm 60-82 for 15, 6 x stage 6 5.25g 19x15.5 rollers for 8 and a box of Polini clutch springs for 10. Overall this costs 145 while both exhausts cost around 130 and you will still need to get some new jets and rollers so the price would be 153 so it'd cost more than a new kit.
