    2012 RSV4 Factory FG616 internals (Cartridges) - $600

Anyone interested in 2012 RSV4 Factory internals? It was on my bike for less than 100 miles before I upgraded to KTechs. Asking $600+ paypal fees + shipping.

Does that include the compression valves and shim stack, or did that stay on the fork?

    Amauri,
Call me dumb, I have no clue what compression valves and shim stack look like Anyways, I pulled the packaging out of one of them and took extra pics. Hopefully, this answers your questions?

    Thanks for the follow up.

That blue 17mm hex part that is sitting in the spring spacer tube with plastic bushing is the compression valve and shim stack.
Looks like you have all the parts needed to update an Ohlins FG890 fork from the Gen2 RSV2 bikes to the RSV4 spec fork.
Just have to get the longer springs that are needed with that RSV4 cartridge set.

BTW, I assume that when the K-Tech was installed, the original compression valve was removed and blocked off.
Can you post a photo of what your forks look like now, just the fork bottom is what I'm interested in seeing.

are the red pieces in place of the original blue valves just block off caps or is there an adjustment there?

    thanks for the photo,

never seen that type of block off cap, usually we remove the entire compression housing and install a flat plate with two screws.

    Hi Amauri,

Is there a difference between the 2012 RSV4 Factory internals/fork and 2016 RSV4 RF internals/fork? was the design improved?
