1280 trouble free-ish miles.
Weather wasn't too bad on the whole. At its worst it was tolerable, at best it was sunny and warm.
As with previous years, good crack and constant piss taking. Would expect nothing less.
Looking forward to a couple more runs this year, I might even take Jane along!
Already plotting next years route.
They always say you should never join the Fire Service if you want a pat on the back. A bit like organising a group trip. I never expect anything other than the afore mentioned piss taking. But to be honest, for me personally, it is always important that anyone that comes along for the runs in Scotland, has a great time and enjoys the experience. So I do hope that everyone did have good time (except my husband Stu - if he enjoyed himself I will have failed in my role as his wife this week).
Here's to 2018 and the Inner and Outer Hebrides.
Cheers for a great week guys.
Great week, with fantastic company. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. As always, Robbie did a sterling job of organising accommodation and routes. I can't recommend it highly enough to anyone!
Well done Robbie, and thanks again for all the effort you have put into this.
Cheers

Yep - Agree with all the positive comments above. The only thing I would add is those who are in two minds about attending one of these meets should make an effort to do it sooner rather than later as the NC500 route is starting to take off and the roads are starting to get busier.
Thanks to all for a great week.
PS got the leak sorted.

There is a thread for 2018. On page three or four of this forum.
I asked Micah to make it a thread and he said he had, but hasn't happened. Dates are on there. I'll bump it.
