Well actually Im still figuring out what to do. Its not in running condition now and I believe its because the spacer. Starter motor can not crank it and kick start is stiff so first Ill put in the old crank and see how it goes. After that Ive been speculating my setup.

I've been told that the yasuni c16 city is the last streetable exhaust so probably that for the exhaust.

It seems that there is no reliable waterpump/oilpump kit so I think Im going for electric water pump and premix. Gets lots of bird with one stone.

Obviously stage6 hpc crank and c4 metal bearings (metal if I have to for some reason downgrade to stock stuff for some reason)

21mm dellorto carb with doppler airbox

cylinder is the big question. I mean stage6 sport pro 70cc mk2 should be quite reliable. I mean I usually destroy these motors by doing too long wot trips so I guess nothing is realiable when you do what I do?

    BUT

whit premix, electric waterpump and lower rpm pipe + relatively small 21mm carb my thoughts have seeked into Stage6 Racing 70cc MK2. That should get me to the 15hp club which Ive always wanted, right and with reasonable reliability and maybe something you could call streetable with closed air-intake and sophisticated yasuni the sound should not be too disturbing.

    AND

perhaps with some variator tricks you could make it drive so that it isnt only on/off. Well there is still plenty to think of.

sure if your gong to spend the whole winter building it. what parts do you have now?

~ you and me both need a derbi senda 50 to get the 6 speed gearbox - otherwise stick to the 8-10hp setups. everything above that is a racing setup. your just building an ego bomb. get a gearbox bike so you can enjoy the power delivery instead of just the torque ( like a scooter. )

look. it only matters how much power you can get to the ground comfortably. nobody makes midrace cvt parts period. even if they did they would still be light switches on the pipe because expansion chamber type powerbands only start at 8000rpm. below that they use less fuel.

this exactly why a full race setup power delivery starts at 8000rpm. then it uses the entire torque bubble to over rev to 14000rpm.
    ----
-powerband starts at 8000rpm on two strokes
-torque bubble of the powerband is 6000rpm long on two strokes if you use the whole thing.
    - 8000 plus 6000 is 14000. case closed

    @Sp33d-Fr34k

I dont know if you can summon people on this forum like on other vbulletin places but lets give it ago.

I mean Sp33d-Fr34k has a lot of real life experience on various setups and Id like to pick his brain on this matter.

So does @TheSnipez but he has not been around here for awhile.

You have to remember that more power reduces the life of the engine. I'm in the process of building a bike with a goal of 18hp.

Will this bike put a smile on my face? Yes.
Will it beat every other scooter in town? Yes.
Will it be easy to ride? No.
Will it be a daily driver? No.
Will the top end last a long time? No

Consider some of the parts sublunacy recommended. They are known to produce a scooter that's much faster than stock while retaining reliability and longevity.
