    4th of July Ride

So it finally quit raining here in beautiful Houston, Texas and I decided to stretch my Factory's legs. I was stopped at one of Texas' little historical markers when what pulls up but a 2000.5 Mille. Oh, and a couple of Triumphs . Thought it was kinda cool to see a first generation and the newest generation together. Even got a few looks from poor mislead rice riders.

I've always been a fan of the first generation Mille, especially that color combo. You mention the rice riders, that's funny because I get looks of interest everytime I pass by the Harley dealer, , , well, until they see my riding position then they just walk away.

Good pics. Family reunions are always cool.

ditto, the first generation. and i really love the '04's......speaking of harley - i had a real nice thumbs up from a guy on a lowrider (and his buddyy on a valkyrie) last weekend. we just happened to hit the same stretch of lights. he kept looking over and before turning off gave me the thumbs up.
i think it was the red rim stripes that clinched it
makes you feel great, doesn't it?
