    @ all - many thanks

@ Banned - No. Track is not so far from Zagreb (160 km or 100 miles), very close to main road and you have to visit track before entering Rijeka, starting point for exploring Istra peninsula or Adriatic coast.

    Take a look ...

Maybe it's my age Zagreb, but that 137 Honda is just about the most beautiful bike I've ever seen.

Ah, Grobnik--weird that I have done two trackdays there.

    Excellent collection of bikes!

Zagreb, I must pay great compliments to your photography skills, and subject at hand - great bikes!!
I lived in Germany for a long time, and there was nothing like some routine gathering of bikes to bring out these amazing bikes, that were not only preserved, but ridden!! Nothing like cruising thru the country and come up on some tasty bit of road and see some guy in older leathers on a classic bike(like a KZ750). He had the bike and every part of that bike learned from his Dad, and no one could catch or pass him on a good day..
yeah those are some really amazing bikes.
    In no particular order,
I've ridden a VFR750R with the phillips 6 piston front brakes(your pic only had the stock 2 pot), and it was a humbling experience! I knew I was out of my league when I pressed down on the shift lever at 60mph only to realize that 1st on that bike went to 60mph - I was simply going to slow...
Seeing and hearing many of the 2 strokes, the RD350.
Seeing the 996 with the REAL termignoni pipes on a bike that sounded like it was supposed to - one with Fogarty colors and number badge! I almost got thrown off a ducati stand when the new ducks came out with the underseat/fairing collector came out in 04? I laughed out loud and said, "what the fuck is that?". I was informed that it was the new ducati... only to hear me laugh more and say "what happened to the exhaust?"...
I really enjoyed seeing the ducati with the forward mounted brake rotor at the front of the rear subframe. It was attempted as an idea to reduce the spinning mass, only to discover that because of friction it reduced the efficiency more when it was near the crank..
I remember very well, that the CR/flatside carbs on a good were better than the early fuel injected bikes(also fogarty), but were eventually phased out as the FI/mapping systems got better.
    thanks again!
