Damn winter always holding us back in the north! Well you dont really get a proper winter in britain anymore.
    He he ..
Yes pal there are parts of liverpool which are very lawless but i am lucky enough to live in a fairly respectable neighbouhood..
There are several examples where people have made show off videos and posted them on youtube then received a notice of intended prosecution... ( NIP ).
the prosecuting constabulary will then use the footage as evidence in court and the nudge will throw the fookin book at you
The charges can then range from anti social behaviour to wreckless driving.
Ive also been warned by a local motorcycle enthusiast forum moderator to be carefull even posting literature regarding riding manor.
Not sure it has actually happened but if i was to boast sbout doing an awesome wheelie with stoppie and followed up with a burnout at the traffic lights before riding away at upto 140 mph in my town then some twat could prosecute using literature as an admition of guilt.
    Crazy shit eh...

Had the falco back on the dyno as i wasnt happy with the last tune.
Went to the guy who set the valve timing and torqued everything up.
    Well pleased with the results.
It makes 10 lbs more torque than my r1 turbo did .
Theres a very linea power curve too for a turbo .Click image for larger version.

Yes its a beauty..the amount of torque it produces is insane.
Ive been comparing the dyno figures to bikes like the H2R which makes over 320 bhp but only 115 lbs of torque at 20 psi.
I havent even riden it yet cos chris hit the oil container on the ramp putting the bike on the dynomometer and split a weld on the mounting bracket causing a little oil leak.
Im making a trip to my pal who made the tank this week to get it patched up.
One problem chris had was wheel slip on the roller doing 6th gear runs at full throttle..

It looks quite rideable. When you get it upright in Rockinham I bet some people will be surprised

Nice job in completing the package, Ned. Just a warning from someone who has been there...crank main bearings and rod bearings are a weak point. The bearings suffer from fatigue and the surface layer starts to spider-web crank and pieces of the surface material flake off at power levels similar to yours. Most factory race kit bearings are made of harder materials to resist this. I could not find any replacement bearings that would have been a drop-in, so crank modification would have been required to fit alternate bearings. Good luck.

Thanks for the heads up dearby brit.
I know im pushing my luck with all sthe stock internals especially gen 1 rods.
When the enivitable does happen and the whole thing goes rattle rattle bang i should have a gen 2 ready to drop in.
Cant decide wether it would be cheaper to just keep buying stock engines or go all the way with forged pistons and rods with a modified crank with shells.
In the meantime tho i use 10w60 fully synth race oil and not the cheap shit which is changed before every dyno session and inspected for signs of the dreaded golden glitter after.
So far all is good so long live the beast...
