Steve, your ZZR is a beauty.
Nice Jota, Haga Lout. I do like them. Very much...

Here's a handy picture from earlier today, when I was putting a pannier rack on Walter (2008 Capo).
The 03 plate is Clive, our first Capo. Just visible between Walter's rear tyre and exhaust can is the 'Fire' of Mrs Peel, an RRW 'Blade, and under the grey cover in the background is Ermintrude, the sorry ZX7R.

My assistant is Sasha, an eight year old pedigree (we got all the registration papers, which is a first for us) Weimaraner currently in full season. She is fostering with us, and is looking for a home, if anybody is interested in having their life turned upside down by an especially lunatic dog.

Aye, I'd be keeping it too. That tidy, mostly standard, classic machine. Can't be many early ZZRs in that kind of condition left. Must be going up in value each year now, no?

Surprisingly big bikes like the ZZ-R C (early ones) & Yam EXUP's, ZXR 750's, Blades & TL1000S are still pound for pound quite cheap at the moment...£1500 gets you alot of bike from around 1990 ...condition obviously reflects the price someone is prepared to pay.....I'm very tempted to look for a nice TL1000S to play with...you have the R version I know & have always felt they are under rated.. The ZX7R is also tempting..so many to choose...

Wot the one they demonstrate on the old mini bonnet...MER........I used to use that but a mate of mine who is into classic cars said it has a cutting agent in it...so you shouldn't use it too often..

I was flicking through MCM yesterday. My eye came to rest on an advert for a 1997 TLS. Red (probably not your colour, I'd guess!) 20,000 miles, two owners, two grand. Oh, it's down your way too. Let me know if you want the contact details for it.

Very tempting...I've seen it I think...Suzuki were supposed to be copying the Duc 916...so Red models are actually more sought after...
