2003 / 2004 Restricted Exhaust Wanted

Right,

For my project RS50 (buy, rebuild and sell project) i bought a s/h top end and crank, both with less than 500km's on because the bike was bought for mopedmayhem use after being wrote off.

Now i have a 1999 - 2002 FULL SIZE exhaust but for the new kit i need a 2003 - 2004 restricted exhaust.

SO does anyone have one they dont need?

Also if anyone wants to do a big bore kit, but doesnt want to spend the extra on a pipe too, i could swap you my pipe, excelent conditin no rust pipe for your restricted one.

Just wondering, i may also have a sleeve down set coming so i can swing either way.

Craig I am realy interested in buying a racing exhaust. Could you send me a price list or give me some recomendations. I want to spend about £150 but will do higher if it's worth saving some more.

Dont want to try people like that just ask the forum, failing that i will make a step down, just i know a few on here want big bores but dont want to HAVE to buy an exhaust to match it to get any better power. So i thought they may want to order a big bore and then swap there exhaust.

Also you wont belive how coked up an engine gets in so little mileage with that new restrictor, mine has a decent amout of carbon on and the 3000km piston had a 3mm thick layer!

im not sure what exactly you are asking for but i have a stock US spec exhaust 2000

he4y mate got an '02 im not using anymore will be off the bike in two weeks when i upgrade never revved passed 11,000 RPM except twice when breaking in US specs and in the US so shipping might not be the best for you...

Right, to the US members...

Over in the UK our bikes now have an EVEN smaller exhaust port, so i need to change my 00 exhaust port (normal US size) for a new UK restricted one.

Because i got the parts, crank, top end and other bits for about £64.00 of a friend we race with as they dont use standard parts.

So why refuse that and spend like £200+ when i can swap or buy a different exhaust.

Failing that i will machine a step down piece.

thats the thing that goes bright when u turn the switch - on the front of the bike. My mum called it somethign else, beging with H i think but not sure ................
