Scottoiler - Chain oiler for fuel injected model

I want to fit a "scottoiler" chain lube system to my fuel injected Pegaso. The scottoiler takes air from a pipe off the carb with conventional bikes and this is dripped onto the chain.

Anyone have an idea what to do on a fuel injected bike?

I've chatted with the dealer and with the manufacturer of the lubrication system (www.scottoiler.co.uk) and neither of them seemed to have an answer (yet)!!!

I wanted to fit a scotoiler also but there isn't a decent vacuum source you can easily tap into without drilling.

I went for a Chaintec Electronic oiler which works off the battery. Its been fitted since new (March 2002) and been fine for the 2500 miles its been on with the chain looking like new.

    Thanks

Thanks Nick. I think that I may well give that a go. Did the dealer do the fitting or did you fit the chantec oiler yourself.

Either way, are there any things that I should beware of?

    Jon,

Fitted myself in about an hour its pretty straightforward for anyone with a bit of common sense.

    Good luck
