yes,they are the brackets that came with my stock factory
but they will also fit if you have the rear pegs

I have a hair line crack on my oil pan, so I need a new oil pan badly. I don't know how it happen because I never dropped or hit anything with my bike.

Sorry to hear about your oil tank.Same happened to me about 2 weeks ago.Some of the tanks are defective and it covered under waranty.Georgia has the tanks in stock so just bring it to your dealer and you should have on in 3 to 4 days.Good luck
