Over the past 3 days I did a 780 mile road trip from MA to NH, VT, and NY. I had a great time and the 07 RSVR did pretty well all things considered! Would certainly do it again.

Installed this. No more gym because of stiff clutch! Cost me 50 pounds from eBay

Haven't driven the bike yet, but it feels A LOT lighter than original to use when I was pulling the bike back and forth on the parking lot. Installation took about 40 minutes, I had troubles getting air out of the system first, but eventually got it.

Replaced original saddle with tuned one ( now the front end is curve while the original is ankled).

Not today but........ Sunday dropped it putting it away, changing position in the garage with my Edwards Rep, have to put side stand up due to batteries on the floor, forgot to put it down!! standing on right, leant bike on to stand.... which wasn't there!! Fell towards mops and buckets, chest of drawers, bags etc but saved it from a complete fall which was NOT easy, one hand on shelf, one on bike trying to pull it back to me by the tank which is tapered, and slipping ........ not a mark thankfully

Before that, recently bled rear brake, and thanks to kzmille and the aged post regarding caliper position, bleed nipple at 10 o'clock and air comes out, then at 2 o'clock and loads of air comes out, method works every time, firm pedal and working brake!

Got correct swingarm bobbins as the swingarm recall I suspect had them replaced with non Aprilia ones probably at the dealers expense as not part of the recall work.

Ordered longer oil filter for service

Took one turn off front preload, two clicks off front rebound and one off front compression, bike compresses evenly as soon as weighted and uses front travel better. Confirmed on Map 2, removed db killers, fitted 'Green' air filter.

Took battery off Mondial and fitted it to Factory, Took Factory battery and put it on Edwards Rep - Edwards battery died 100 miles away at fuelling stop. (Thanks to RAC 'Paul' for jump start whilst attending a member)

Got Yuasa YTX12BS but also YTZ12S and haven't decided which to use, YTZ is 20mm shorter so would need support and don't know if I want to do that, although 30 cca higher rating.

Damn, you were busy. I pulled my back out once saving my old ZX11 from a "no sidestand" fall.

Yeah, was a challenge, I already have annular tears in a few lumbar spine and 9" abdominal scar from surgery last May, after car hit me head on whilst on my R312 on the way to work, so loading those areas made it more er... interesting lol

Went out to the garage to take it for a spin and found I had a puncture in the brand new rear Q3. So I kicked it and went online and ordered another one. Pisses me off.
