Here's a pic of my Caponord (in the best colour - white!) on it's holiday in northern Spain. 4200 miles so far.
It's been back to the dealer for replacement parts that were damaged when I took delivery (Mirror, bar end weight, rear shock) also to have the washer and pin put in the left hand footrest (missing), cat convert bolt (vibrated loose and fell off), clutch reservoir cap (vibrated loose and fell off).
Also been back in to the dealer in an effort (failed so far) to cure the appalling surging at 30mph - Sometimes its barely noticeable other times it's virtually unrideable in traffic (Paris, 40 deg C) - and the snatchy throttle. B******d Euro 3 emmisions!!$"! Map update from Aprilia did diddly squat for the problem, perhaps the new "altitude/3000rpm" update will cure it, but I won't be holding my breath!

BSD Performance are going to work on it in a few weeks to see if they can remove the closed loop that's causing it, with the Rexxer ECU remapping gizmo (see the Dorsoduro/Shiver forums, they have the same problems). If they can't then I'll fit a couple Fatducs to it and see if that does any good.

The new mapping definitely helps Chris, not 100% but maybe 50-75% better.

    Fresh in the shop...

We have added a topcase for the city. As you probably know, it is made by Shad. I couldn't resist for putting the Arrow, when I see it. They have made an incredible discount, so I have added it.

Chassis number ended by 18. The base version. The last mapping on the PADS is loaded.

Thanks. Borrowed my missus Sony RX100 to snap a few pics since I hadn't taken any decent ones for here or facebook since getting the bike.

On the radiator guard, it's one bolt at the bottom & 3-4 cable ties to secure. Took a bit of faffing around & a set of pliers to route a couple of the cable ties, so maybe 3/4 of an hour all up including cutting & sticking all the spacer foam to the edges of the radiator while I watched the telly.

Did 300km through the hills with a mate on the weekend. You've got to hand it to the Germans for fit & finish, but the Italians just build engines that I'm passionate about.
