    Bmw s1000rr hp4

Hey evryone im new to the forums so, i thought i'd start off with something thats pretty intresting. The new BMW S1000RR HP4 looks something crafted by the gods of speed. My Old man bought the 2011 bmw s1000rr and he loved it he bought a shroud to cover up the space that was left by caytalic converter and put a full Akrapovic system on it and it sounded sweet. Anyway just thought this would be a nice conversation starter, let me know what you all think about it.

Dumbest headlights in the universe. Designer should be taken out back and beat with a hose.

Wink, wink. At least it isn't as bad as the putrid multistrudle. However the S1000 build quality is definitely not up to BMW snuff when the clothes are taken off. Kinda like some broad you haul out of the bar. It seemed like a good idea at 1AM but not so good at 7. An HP2 I could do. Those things were top notch.
    Bikes:
    2007.5 Tuono-Black, with 1102cc's of micah's badness!
2012 Griso-Silver and black, Agostini pipe, some carbon bits.
2006 Vespa GT200-bitubo suspension all around, Malossi big-bore, head and cam, Akrapovic pipe, all put together by Micah.

gone 2002 Caponord-Oyster gray (as faithful as a hound dog)
gone Futura-Red (on the AF1 showroom floor. Get some.)

The more I learn about people, the more I appreciate rocks.

Someone redesign those damn headlights. Awesome bike but the front end is butt ugly!

The look has grown in me a little bit over the last couple of years, of I were in the market for a new four cylinder thousand cc bike it would be on my short list, well above the MV and Kawasaki, I still prefer the V4 option but if outright power is your desire BMW does a damn good job of delivering!

Hey, the build quality is exactly in line with other BMW bikes - in other words total crap! Plus, the headlights suck.

I didn't quite like the headlights when I first saw them too, but for some reason they grew on me,

Like everyone else says, it's got a wicked case of butterface. But other than that it's pretty droolable. And the power. Too much for most mortals.

I honestly really love the look of the bike minus the front end. However, if I was in the market for a new 4 cylinder I would be biased towards the RSV4 since I love the V4 concept.

It's the best Japanese I4 on the market they couldn't make it look like one. Kawi on the left Honda on the right. First they went after the big4 with price, now they are shooting for the Italians with the HP4 vs the factory and r/s Ducs.

HP4 has the best color combo of the S1K's IMHO
