This thing has 100 km on the clock and i just got home. I was hearing coolant boiling and the temps was at 104 and the fan running..
i shut it down and it starts to flow coolant out..è
what the hell is this ?? bad coolant cap ?? i hope so. i tried to tighten it up but it seems to be fully tight.
Head gasket??

What am i looking for ? bad quality? My problem is coolant overflow, not a pipe bursting.
If the coolant boils at 104 C that means the coolant system does not hold the presure. Most likely bad quality cap, but I won't be surprised if it's something else...
Care to elaborate on the something else ?
I had these symptoms, it was a faulty radiator cap which wasn't releasing causing a pressure build up in the hoses.
Fixed under warranty.
