Gonna have the lowers done courtesy of Mr. Oyler. Where can I get these fasteners? Not really possible to remove for reuse. Not in the parts list that I can see.
They hold the "pullers" on the lowers.

Im at home, so I can't measure that plastic stud in the middle
If it's m5 it's these....very common, used all over many aprilias

If it's bigger like 6.5mm, it's the ap8152179, we don't have online yet...we stock/can get
Only one place I know for sure these big ones are used. They attach the APRC module to inside of left mid fairing.
I pry off old ones, and put new ones on with a small socket and mallet

Geez Ed, it's good to know you have our backs even from home! This is the part alright, hope you're not too miffed that I'm not buying the $1,200 SE lowers heh heh.
Thx for the socket/mallet idea too.

I hate those damn things!
Yes, you can pry them off and put new ones on - Provided the damn post doesn't break off along with it.
My solution to those - CAREFULLY pry the OEM POS off the post (or cut it off with a dremel), run a M5 die on the post (CAREFULLY) and reassemble with a small washer and M5 nut. DO NOT over tighten the nut!

I was able to reuse the ones for the APRC box on the left mid fairing using a small screwdriver to pry up the tabs a little so they can be removed. I just bent the tabs back and put them on the new fairing.

Maybe some reading glasses would help? I never had a problem with my eye sight at close distances.
If you can just bend up 2 or 3 tabs, they should come right off. Come to think of it, if you try and take them off without bending up the tab, you can take whole plastic post with it. Thats what happened to me but no biggy since the fairing was already messed up. You could probably use a steak knife. I had a regular head screw driver made for working on laptops which was about the same size as the ones used for eyeglasses.

I use a pair of wire cutters to pry up both sides at same time......dont squeeze....it destroys the washer though....we have plenty

Tried that Ed, guess you won't hire me now as a mechanic. I do have a cat suit though, do you need a guy running around the show room to entice customers? Oh, forgot, you live in TX, sorry.
There were 5 of these to take off, by the time I got to the fifth one, I got the hang of it.
