My bike has huge amount of oil built up on the inside of the transmission cover (left of the rear wheel) and on the backside of the motor in front of the rear wheel. Enough oil that when i wiped it down with a rag it was like I had spilled oil on it.
I'm thinking it has something to do with the air hose coming out of the crankcase but I can't prove it. I'm at a loss as to what is happening here. I haven't seen this happen without a gasket failing and I don't think that's my case. Has anyone seen this or experienced this before? I'm worried I might have done damage to my transmission because I'm not sure how long I have been riding it like this.
Tomorrow I'm gonna go pick up a socket so I can pull the rear wheel off and get a closer look at what's going on and I will take some pictures then.
