    APMT0025 error code

If have an 07 Tuono which I had to leave in the rain on Friday night. When I tried to start the bike on Sat morning the fuel pump fired up but I had no dash lights or ignition. Checked all the fuses which seem ok. But when I removed the 30 amp fuse for the ignition and replaced it the dash made a some clicking noises and the tacho needle went to red line and back. Then the dash showed APMT0025. While the code was up on screen I could turn the motor over but no ignition. After reading some posts I disconnected the terminal block going into the dash. Cleaned all the connections with a small piece of wire then sprayed it upside down with contact cleaner and then WD-40 Still no dash lights and no ignition. I'm getting 12.9 volts at the battery with my multi metre. Can anyone please give me some advise to point me in the right direction?

Did a quick search....found this thread. Looked in all my Factory manuals and could not find a reference to this (or any, for that manner) dash code. Maybe this link can help you.

Thanks Gone_Ape. I looked at that thread and a few others that mention the fault code but they all seem to have ignition. Found the problem. Had a wire broken off near a white connector block on left side of the motor under the tank. Ho Bloody Ray.

    Glad u fixed it.

I also had this code just last week.

After my bike caught fire and fell on it's side. We took the battery out for it to cool down and then we checked all the fuses and the loom for melted pieces. When i reconnected the battery, that code came up but everything was 100% ok. No problems at all, charging well etc. At the time i thought the code was maybe just because the battery had been out or maybe if the tip over switch had cut in. If i see it again i'll know where to look.
