Jeez guys, you some of you guys need to educate your women!!!

CapoKarine and I were walking around Paris the other day. We both saw a Hein Gericke store and went in. Half an hour later I had some nice new boots. I don't reeeeally need new boots, but the Karine said they looked good and 60Euro later I'm a happy boy. I got some Falco suede touring boots and WOW are they comfortable.

(Guess is this what you get when you both love motorcycling.....)

    Hi CapoAndrew,
I didn't go so far as to suggest taking your wife to Paris, so you could buy some boots.
    But full marks for ingenuity.

Ah, just passing through on the way home. No way would you get me staying in Paris for more than a couple of days. The credit card wouldn't stand for it!! And French drivers are only slightly better than Italian drivers!!! (joking)

Seriously though, I have often heard the guys on the Advrider and this forum talk about Hein Gericke and was pleasantly surprised by their stock. I even commented to the sales manager there, but it went over his head. I personally find that in the clothing department, Australia leaves a lot to be desired. DriRider is good stuff, but the range overall is pathetic.

+1 HG makes good stuff - their women's gear is especially good and my missus got a 2-piece leather suit from them that she says are the best-fitting bit of bike kits she'd ever had.
Dr-Rider is sort of okay, but I reckon Draggin Jeans are pretty good - hot to wear, but then all kevlar jeans are, but they're very tough when yuou need it most. Pricy but.
