Repair shop Los Angeles Area(first 3,000 miles tune-up) what needs to be accomplished

Hello, I just hit my first 3,000 miles and I know I need an oil change and a professional mechanic to look over all the parts of the scooter. Filter - air and oil - spark plugs? tires? what am i looking at getting done here? I'm a first time owner so all the help is tremendously grateful. Aprilia 250 sportcity cube 2009 Also, how much is too much? what should i expect in price? I've gotten $150 all the way to $375 just calling scooter mechanics in the area. I would rather not get F&^%ed in the @$$ on this one. All reply's are welcome. even if you don't know of a shop in LA (hopefully in the north hollywood/burbank area; but can go further), but have knowledgeable information on my scooter that may help in the future. It all helps. Hopefully I will find a trustworthy and intelligent mechanic that I will build a strong relationship with.

Yep hopefuly you will do just that .. in the meantime sears tools dept is pretty good these days . And werkin on yer scootis quite easy when ya think about shop time @ 75$ hrly Plus .. Oh and Good luck this tyme O year

according to the manual, there nothing to do in the 3k service. just check fluid levels.

And check the brake pads also however mine still look new after 10,000 miles and I am heavy handed on the brakes.
