Aprilia Mojito 125cc

I have recently aquired an Aprilia Mojito 125cc it has been standing idele for about 12 months. I have replaced the battery drained all the fuel and replaced. On the first day of riding it which was about 30 miles it ran well. To-day I rode it and it strugeled to ge to 40MPH is there a likely reason for this.
Would the carb need cleaning and spark plug need replacing and if so is this easy to do.
Can I download any info on how this can be done.

I hope you got an answer since July. I can't answer you either. I can tell you the Mojito I just found is really rare here in the states. So not a lot of interest....Try some Seafoam additive in your gas tank.
