Have you got to play with P.A.D.S. yet? A brief word from Mike H. At MPH tells me that it is everything that Axone and Nagrivator wasn't nd is actually a tool worth having. We ain't got it here in the boonies yet......

Not impressed so far, data logging is cool but being able to load maps which ours does not do like the Axone or Navi is an issue. Have not really had much time to dick with it, literally buried in service bikes and productivity sucks in hot weather so getting behind is my current specialty. When I get a chance to play properly with it my opinion might change, as of right now it is yet another in a long line of diagnostic tools that has failed to work without serious amounts of setup right out of the box. At least price was much more favorable than usual.
The cool thing about PADS is that once debugged and familiarized it is not so expensive as to keep out of reach of end users. Since dealer network is so sparse having the option of buying a dealership level diagnostic tool to use at home is pretty cool. It has potential, and I am way too frustrated by the heat right now and my more or less useless PADS, to be impartial in opinion. Hopefully the PADS system has a LOT of potential as of yet undiscovered, if truly unable to load new mappings/updates however I am going to have serious issues with it.
Diminished expectations is the key to happiness in life.
