Differing front brake pad thickness, how to arrange when putting back?

I removed my pads to clean up my calipers and didn't keep track of what pad came from where.
I measured them and they vary in thickness by .20 mm or so.
Does it matter where they go back in? I.e. should the fatter ones go on the inside or vice versa, or am I just thinking too much?

Thinking too much, put them on a go. bleed your brake fluid while you are at it - and put in something decent like motul - Make sure it is DOT4

Being a hydraulic system the caliper will automatically compensate for the thinner pads.

Thanks guys. Was thinking that inside or outside pads consistently wore faster than the other side, I would put the fatter ones there. I'm going to worry about bigger things...

That what I do, rotate them just like cage tires to extend service life after pulling them to clean the caliper pistons. A little off topic but do you have a method for rotating the pistons so the entire circumference can easily be accessed for cleaning? I use isopropyl alcohol and Q-tips on wooden sticks to clean the pistons. But I can't easily get to the entire surface and so far I can't rotate the pistons with my fingers. I'm thinking about maybe next time trying to extend some angle needle nose pliers inside the pistons to get them to rotate. So just wondering if you have any tricks for this?
