I'd say the stock is fairly loud, and the GPR is really loud!!

GPR thunder looks really loud. Read - a very harsh, raspy sound to it too. I've seen a couple of videos of it on youtube, sounds very similar to when i started my bike up with no muffler on it. After all, the GPR thunder has little to no muffling properties!

Yeah, I knew it was loud but I was just curious if anyone knew around what decibel it is. The videos I've seen make it sound good, but you can never tell exactly how loud it is from a video.

The GPR's do come with removable baffles that seem to do little in quieting it down. I know that it will sound different in person, but compared with the other exhaust systems on youtube, it sounds far too blatty and raspy to me. The RSV4 is one melodious engine, even when choked by the stock exhaust, and deserves an equally great exhaust system to get that wonderful "basso profundo" when uncorked.
