well been a busy boy today and i have replaced...
standard barrel for 50cc polini evo cylinder kit
standard crappy sha carb for polini 19.5mm carb
standard reeds for i think 0.30?(they came with cylinder anyway) polini reeds
crappy thin radiator for thick radiator
temp sensor for new one
brand new spark plug... NGK Spark Plug B95EGV

think thats it :P

and she started first time link for video will be in my project thread
but its of the second start because i forgot about the first start, i just wanted to smell and hear the sweet 2 stroke XD



started her up first push of the button but this is the second video, sorry guys!!
but it is a little warmer so i revved her a little more

but either way i cant wait to get her on the road! as my blue one is now a goner :'(

i found the red and white wire is snipped underneath the tank, but can only see one half :L so ill look into that another day, im happy enough with just stalling it for now haha!

and remember if it still does 70 we want a onboard vid! and please angle the camera, or phone so that we can see the speedo - rev counter and the road (through the screen if its clear enough) hate watching vids of just the speedo, i like to see the road too! haha

well after hearing it today for the first time after like 3 weeks, think im going to keep it for a while! but still after the turbo just not quite yet :P
and well all will tell but if it doesnt it might be because its a stock crank not a performance one :/ but i will get a video if it does

i will, dont worry im not a dumb ass who tapes it the front of the bike or so you can just see the key and rev counter -.- :L and yeah this bike has a clear screen so should be fine

i wont and i never revved her off the clock any way
most i ever took her was just past 12,000 rpm so maybe 12,500 rpm when i got her off the clock ;D (on the blue one :/)

heres 2 pictures of the pipe on her, not very good because it was late and i was tired and most the fairing is off for when i get the fork out... i cant because i cant get the wheel off, the pinch bolt is seized solid and rounded -.- so waiting for my cousin to come with some special socket set for rounded bolts :P

sorry bout these multi posts :P

but i had the bike running maybe 2-4 minutes revving etc (was actually riding it around my garden because of no mot, fork seal, greasy front brake :L hey ho, was fun :P )

bet you your right indicator on rear goes black

yerr standard reed cage will be fine with just upgraded reeds, upgraded cage may be more responsive though

what is it that oily?? forks, no they should not be oily coz that will be a leaky seal/ brake, no brakes should not be greasy unless its the back of the brake pads for dampening/ spark plug, not oily means most likely a bit rich

^^sorry its just you mentiond a few things its hard to keep track what is oily^^

the fork seal is gone which is why the brake and crap is oily :P

but i checked the plug and it just looked like new still, but with a light layer of oil?

spark plug shouldnt be oily really, BUT youv only rode it around your garden so its problem just a little bit of oil thats fouled the plug a bit which shouldnt happen on a proper ride

sorry but just relised what you said about my indicator, it will get bogging!! :L on my blue one it has the SMALLER standard indicators which still turned black and so did the back offf my license plate! :L
