90 to 100 psi for engine can still work from 60 to 90
60 to 70 for air pressure can still work from 50 to 60.

Just be advised that if the engine compression is between 60 to 75PSII, she will start and run, but it will be hard to start (especially when cold) and you will foul plugs... fast!
Below 60 she may not start...
