As the title says, would any one happen to know what size bolts go in the driver seat? i only had one when i bought it and somehow it worked its way out last night, now my seat is just sitting there. Thanks in advance guys.

I believe that is correct. However, I highly recommend a set of these tool-less quick release pins instead. I often struggled getting those bolts back in, and you have to pull out a tool to do it. Using pins like these are much easier. The retaining clips are also a good idea. Now, $20 is a bit steep and without too much trouble you could get these parts together yourself cheaper, but I found it worth it just to buy them and get it over with.
Funny story, I once got stopped by a statie nearby. Gave me a warning, actually thanked me for stopping instead of running! However, at the time my battery was on its last legs and failed to start the bike when I went to leave. He called the DOT truck to give me a jump. In the end, I had the trooper pulling back the edge of the seat for me so I could get those darn bolts back in and screwed down with the wrench in the toolkit. So, now that I think about it, you can meet interesting new people if you keep the OEM bolts, so there's that.

Wessley;
when you need to know a bolt size you can look them up on the Factory parts list on the AF-1 site
