    Malossi multivar problem?

Just finished fitting a malossi multivar, LeoVince zx, Leovince red clutch springs and the 7.2g rollers with the multivar (iv tryed to make a sig with my spec but it hasnt worked)

Its seems to rev really high and the acceleration seems to be worse and the top speed hasnt improved also. There is a really bad buzzing from the cvt cover also

    Something could be loose.
Did you install a new belt as well?
What do you mean by rev really high?
What are your RPM's at when the clutch engages?
What are your RPM's at when you are accelerating at WOT?
What are your RPM's at when at full speed?

I cant tell what rpm since its only the speed it shows, iv just noticed iv left out the thick black metal washer, but the instructions show 2 different ways to put it on. One way shows the it is the very first thing to go on then then the multivar as if the thick washer is spacing it out from the back of the cvt housing and thhe other instuction says that it was the last thing to go on before the nut??

    Hello everyone,

I have exactly the same issue as the user above: which of the 2 ways he describes is the correct one for a Morini? Where does the damn black metal washer go?

    Many thanks!

use all the parts malossi gave you.

    ---
its correct when the clearance of the parts matches the stock setup. look at the gap that is left under the nut. it is needing to be very close to stock. put it together without the belt and look at the compression gap under the nut. make it like stock 3/16 or 1/8 inch or whatever you see... ok?
