when start up then turn off strange sound from were pully clutch is etclike a spinning sound that goes on for a while never heard before any ideas cheers ....oh one other why does me bike like to eat starter solinds had 3 in 6 months just keep going ....thanks

You using Factory Round 50Amp solenoid ??? New ?? try one from a lawn tractor (lawn mower) see my posts n pics of it mounted to a S500 150 Amp max rated have not touched since I wired it in ? Battery Voltage or Amps flowed thru battery will depend on solenoid staying closed n flowing electricity..
If you put the bike up on the center stand before you turn it off then if the rear wheel is still moving a bit it is the clutch bell being spun by the rear wheel as it spins down. Shutting the engine down before putting the bike up on the stand usually prevents this.
