Problem with Aprilia SR50R

Hello, I ran out of ideas and I do not have any clue how to fix this.
The problem is that when I have an warm engine and I turn the gas over half it will begin to make sound like whistle.. I am not able to fix this so I'm wondering if any of you guys could help me.

I mean it didin't do that in the beginning and it's getting annoying, there must be some way to get rid of it.

this happened to me once it was my vacuum pipe on the carburettor had popped off

Thats the route I went down. A few hundred pound later and I'm still facing problems with the bike. Not worth it.
