yeah,mine's always blocked or near blocked everytime...
Since I fixed my plugged water drain and no longer get water in the filler area after a rain or a wash, intermittent problems I've had with the bike stumbling and/or stalling while accelerating from a stop have gone away. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I haven't made other changes to the bike recently that would have improved that. I'm thinking water in the fuel was the culprit....
