If you really want to sell it, maybe you should consider a more realistic (not inflated, above Kelly Blue Book) price. Check out Tractor Dude's machine elsewhere on this forum, same year, more miles, but with a ton of upgrades, and only $1850.

The 2003 with the known oil pump, cooling and fuel boiling issues do generally sell for less here too.

Congratulations on selling your bike.
I'll bet that the detailed maintenance records had a lot to do with the high selling price. When I sell one of my vehicles I have people wainting to buy them primarily because they are garage kept and I maintain them like you would an airplane.

Bob You need to have a warranty to go with the bike. It will show how well you took care of the bike and help sale it.
